Who are the Hildrim en Ainanaur?
The Hildrim en Ainanaur is a pure RP kinship in Lord of the Rings Online that is small and
dedicated group, dedicated to the stewardship and suport of the mission of Narya and Gandalf as the keeper of Narya. The kinship is small and discreet, and is
comprised of Elves, Men, Dwarves and Hobbits.
What type of players are in the kinship?
We are dedicated to a Tolkien-centered foundation for Middle-earth, realizing
that LOTRO is a game. We are also dedicated to role-playing as characters in
Middle-earth. Maturity is essential, as is a desire to constantly learn more
about Middle-earth and Tolkien's works.
What are the goals of the kinship?
The Hildrim en Ainanaur exist to protect the secret locations of the Elven
Rings, most specifically Narya, and supporting Gandalf's actions as the Enemy
of Sauron. This includes carrying messages between the Powers and strongholds
of the Free People; defending Lorien, Imladris and the path of Gandalf against
the Enemies' spies and forces; seeking out Elves, Dwarves, Men and Hobbits
of strong will and stout heart to rise up against the Enemy. The Hildrim will also be actively engaged in bolstering the morale of the Free Peoples throughout the West.
Where will the Hildrim en Ainanaur be based?
The main stronghold of the Hildrim is held as a secret, but there will be outposts
and keeps in strategic locations throughout Middle-earth.
What
is the leadership and structure of the Hildrim en Ainanaur?
We will continue to follow the kinship structure of
LOTRO – one leader and one heir, who will function
as the leader whenever the leader is absent; there will
be space for three Elders to reflect the nature of the Elven Rings. Each initiate will be bound to a member or Elder
for a period of training.
What types of activities will
the Hildrim conduct in the game of Lord of the Rongs Online (LOTRO)?
As an RP kinship, the Hildrim act in LOTRO as characters bound to the service of Gandalf. The Hildrim will be expected to perform a number of kinship-generated missions throughout their game-play
to encourage the role-play aspect of the kinship, and
to keep the story of the Hildrim moving forward. he Hildrim will hold regular meetings of leadership councils, identify certain 'Tavern Times' for all members to meet and share their experiences throughout the world of LOTRO. Check the 'Activities' page for more information on
